Mbi9 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for All Malaysian Members

1Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings given below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the mbi9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 21 years of age or above at the time of registration. mbi9 performs age verification during the registration process and may request proof of identity at any time.
• You must based in Malaysia and are a valid Malaysian resident. The mbi9 platform operates exclusively for the Malaysian market.
• You are not currently prohibited by any court, government agency, or statutory body from using online betting or gambling services.
• You register for yourself only, and not on behalf of anyone else. Registrations made on behalf of another person are automatically void.
• The information you provide during registration – including your full name, phone number, date of birth and payment details – is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You not hold more than one active account on the MBI9 platform. Multiple accounts are a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

3MBI9 Account Usage

As an mbi9 account holder, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account. This responsibility includes:

• Protecting password confidentiality you. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. MBI9 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• Update your personal information when changes occur, particularly to your phone number and bank account or e-wallet details used for withdrawals.
• Using the mbi9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any form of commercial use, resale of services, or use on behalf of another party is strictly prohibited.
• Not using any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the mbi9 platform. Such use is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Not attempting manipulating or deceiving the system mbi9 in any way, including bonus abuse, risk sharing or other strategies intended to exploit system vulnerabilities.

Mbi9 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system. Any activity that appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal usage patterns will be reviewed by our compliance team. mbi9's determination regarding suspicious activity is final.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

MBI9 offers a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (including QR and transfer)
• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other Malaysian banks

MBI9 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may apply their own charges, which are beyond MBI9's control.

5Bonus & Promotions Rules

Mbi9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Welcome Bonus (100% up to RM500): Available to new members making their first deposit. Minimum deposit RM20. 5x rollover on total deposit plus bonus. 30-day claim period. One claim per account only.
• Weekly Cashback (10% up to RM300): Calculated based on net casino and baccarat losses from Sunday to Saturday. Credited automatically every Monday before 10 AM. 1x rollover only.
• Daily Sports Rebate (5%): Credited every morning based on completed Sports Betting wagers. No rollover required – withdrawable immediately.
• Referral Bonus (RM50 per friend): Your referral must register using your referral code and make a minimum deposit of RM30. Credited within 24 hours. No cap on the number of referrals.

General rules applicable to all MBI9 bonuses:

• Members may not activate more than one deposit bonus at a time. A new deposit bonus cannot be claimed until the existing bonus has been completed or has expired.
• MBI9 reserves the right to void or reject any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms. MBI9's decision in such matters is final.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to do so will result in the cancellation of all bonuses involved.
• Expired bonus balances cannot be recovered. Please ensure you meet the rollover requirements before the stated expiry date.

6Sports Betting Rules

MBI9's Sports Betting section covers football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, La Liga, and more), badminton, cricket, tennis, hockey, and over 30 other sports. The general Sports Betting rules at MBI9 are as follows:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered valid once you receive a confirmation and bet reference number. No bet may be cancelled after a match has started, unless the cash-out feature is available and still active for that bet.
• In-Play Betting: For in-play betting, odds can change rapidly in line with match developments. MBI9 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time in the event of unusual match circumstances, such as injuries or technical disruptions.
• Match Results: Official results announced by the relevant sports governing body (such as FIFA, BWF or ICC) are final for bet settlement purposes. Any change to a result after a bet has been settled will not affect payments already made.
• Cancelled or Postponed Matches: If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from its originally scheduled time, all pending bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00 to the member's account.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet for mbi9 Sports Betting is RM5 per wager. There is no minimum for parlay or accumulator bets.

MBI9 reserves the right to adjust odds or decline bets without providing a reason if there are indications of match-fixing or suspicious activity related to a particular event.

7Casino & Table Games Rules

All casino games on MBI9 — including baccarat, European roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sicbo, and all slots — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently certified by eCOGRA and iTech Labs, ensuring fair play across every game.

• Game Results: Results displayed on screen are final and binding. In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the game history stored in the MBI9 system will be used to determine the valid outcome.
• Connection Interruption: If your internet connection drops during an active game, the mbi9 system will complete the round according to the game's predefined logic. Any wins or losses that occur during the disconnection are valid and cannot be disputed.
• Table Betting Limits: Every casino table has clearly stated minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are subject to change, and MBI9 will provide advance notice of any such changes.
• Use of Strategy: The use of legitimate mathematical or statistical strategies (such as basic blackjack strategy) is fully permitted. However, the use of external aids, real-time calculation software, or any form of technological assistance during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

For live casino games with real dealers, all members are expected to maintain good table etiquette. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour in the live dealer chat may result in the member being removed from that table.

8Lottery & E-Sports Rules

mbi9 Lottery:

• Digital lottery tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or cancelled once a purchase has been confirmed.
• Lottery draws are conducted according to a set schedule using a certified RNG system. All draw results are final.
• Lottery winnings are credited automatically to your mbi9 account within 10 minutes of the draw being completed.
• Free tickets issued through promotions have a set validity period and will expire automatically if not used within that time.

mbi9 E-Sports:

• E-sports bets apply to official matches scheduled by the organisers of MLBB, Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, and other e-sports titles available on MBI9.
• If an e-sports match is cancelled or forfeited by the organiser, all bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00.
• Placing bets based on insider information about match outcomes is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the forfeiture of all winnings and closure of the account.

9Account Security & Data Privacy

MBI9 takes member data security and privacy very seriously. Here are our security commitments to every MBI9 member:

• All personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Malaysian banking institutions.
• Your personal information will not be sold or disclosed to any third party without your consent, unless required by applicable Malaysian law.
• Mbi9 retains records of all transactions and account activity for at least 5 years for audit and compliance purposes.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data you have stored with mbi9 at any time by contacting support@mbi9.best.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and recommended for all MBI9 accounts for added security.

10Account Closure & Suspension

MBI9 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Fraud, system manipulation, or bonus abuse
• Related legal action or court orders
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, mbi9 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance as part of its recovery action. Where the closure is unrelated to any wrongdoing by the member (such as a member-initiated request), the account balance will be returned in full once all active rollover requirements have been met.

You may request closure of your mbi9 account at any time by contacting our support team. The closure process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

11Responsible Gaming

Mbi9 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help members stay in control of their play:

• Personal Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. These limits are automatically enforced by the MBI9 system.
• Cool-Off Feature: Locks the account from all betting activity for between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Can be self-activated and cannot be reversed before the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: For long-term self-exclusion (longer than 6 weeks), please contact mbi9 support. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the designated period ends.
• Activity History: View a complete record of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals to keep track of your gaming habits.

12mbi9's Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, MBI9 shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Transaction processing delays caused by third-party payment providers

In all circumstances, mbi9's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13Changes to Terms & Conditions

MBI9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. However, we are committed to the principle of fair notice:

• For changes significant that affects members' rights or obligations, MBI9 will provide at least 14 days before changes take effect via email and in-platform notifications.
• For changes minor such as spelling corrections, terminology clarifications, or the addition of new rules that do not affect existing member rights, changes may take effect immediately but will be clearly stated at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the mbi9 platform after changes take effect will be considered as acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

The date of the most recent update to these terms and conditions will always be displayed at the top of this page for your reference. You are encouraged to check back periodically.
